Instructions for Using EleCare

EleCare Mixing Instructions:

Your baby's health depends on carefully following these directions for preparation and use of EleCare formula. Always make sure to wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water, maintaining proper hygiene when preparing infant formula. Failure to follow these directions could result in severe harm. Also, ask your baby's doctor if you need to use cooled, boiled water for mixing and if you need to boil (sterilize), bottles, nipples, and rings before use.

Step 1

Wash your hands, surfaces, and utensils.
Pour desired amount of water into clean bottle.

Step 2

Add 1 unpacked, level scoop (9.4 g) to each 2 fl oz of water; return dry scoop to can.

Step 3

Cap bottle; shake well; attach nipple.
Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard.

Never use a microwave to warm formula. Serious burns can result.

Storing & Handling EleCare:

  • Once mixed, store bottles in refrigerator and feed to baby within 24 hours.
  • Store unopened or opened container at room temperature; avoid extreme temperatures.
  • Use opened can contents within 1 month.

Measure Water

Add scoop(s)

2 fl oz

1 scoop (9.4 g)

4 fl oz

2 scoops (18.8 g)

6 fl oz

3 scoops (28.2 g)

Each scoop adds about 0.2 fl oz to the amount of prepared formula.

Always consult your doctor for preparation and use of EleCare and EleCare Jr.

EleCare Jr Mixing Instructions:

Your child's health depends on carefully following these directions. Ask your child's doctor if you need to use cooled, boiled water for formula preparation. Depending on the child's specific needs, preparation will vary as prescribed by physician. Follow physician's instructions carefully.

Step 1
